How to cancel Canva Pro: step-by-step
The cancel button only exists where the charge comes from. Check your card statement: APPLE.COM/BILL → use Apple, GOOGLE * → use Google Play, otherwise you were billed directly by Canva Pro.

- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Canva Pro, then tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
- No "Cancel" button here means you were not billed through Apple — use the direct method above.
Subscribed on Android? Cancel via Google Play
- Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select Canva Pro, then tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

If you signed up directly, you can cancel Canva Pro from any phone or computer browser in your account settings. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store's Subscriptions screen instead — deleting the Canva Pro app does not stop the billing.
How do I unsubscribe from Canva Pro without being charged again?
Cancel before your next renewal date. Canva Pro keeps your access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and once cancellation is confirmed you won't be billed again. Turning off auto-renewal has the same effect.
