FAQ
There's no Cancel button on Android — why?
You're probably signed in with a different Google account than the one that pays, or you weren't billed by Google at all. Switch accounts at the top of Play, and check your bank statement — if the charge doesn't say GOOGLE *, cancel on the service's website or in the App Store instead.
How do I find subscriptions I forgot about on Android?
Open Play → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions to see every active and cancelled Google Play subscription. Repeat for each Google account on the phone.
Does uninstalling the app cancel the subscription?
No. Uninstalling never stops billing — you must cancel in Google Play → Subscriptions. The charge keeps recurring until you do.
Can I get a refund through Google Play?
Yes — go to play.google.com/store/account/order-history, find the charge and choose Request a refund / Report a problem. Google reviews each request; cancelling first prevents future charges.
I have two Google accounts — which one has the subscription?
The charge belongs to whichever account subscribed. Tap your profile photo in Play to switch accounts and check Subscriptions under each one.
