How to cancel Calm: step-by-step
The cancel button only exists where the charge comes from. Check your card statement: APPLE.COM/BILL → use Apple, GOOGLE * → use Google Play, otherwise you were billed directly by Calm.

Subscribed on an iPhone or iPad? Cancel via the App Store
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad and tap your name at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap Calm, then tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
- No "Cancel" button here means you were not billed through Apple — use the direct method above.
Subscribed on Android? Cancel via Google Play
- Open the Google Play Store app and tap your profile icon (top right).
- Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select Calm, then tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
- On a computer you can do the same at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.

Cancel directly on Calm (web / account)
- If you subscribed on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Calm → Cancel.
- On Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions → Calm → Cancel.
- If you subscribed on calm.com: sign in → Account → Manage subscription → Cancel.
- Confirm; access continues to the end of the term.

Cancel before the trial ends in the same store you signed up through; you keep access for the rest of the trial.
How do I cancel Calm on iPhone or Android?
If you signed up directly, you can cancel Calm from any phone or computer browser in your account settings. If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, cancel in that store's Subscriptions screen instead — deleting the Calm app does not stop the billing.
How do I unsubscribe from Calm without being charged again?
Cancel before your next renewal date. Calm keeps your access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and once cancellation is confirmed you won't be billed again. Turning off auto-renewal has the same effect.
Can I cancel Calm without logging in or without account access?
If you can't log in, recover your account first — or cancel where you're billed. The Apple App Store, Google Play or PayPal can stop the payment even without Calm account access. As a last resort, ask your bank to block the recurring charge.
