HelloFresh bills you directly, so cancel in your account — there's no App Store or Google Play subscription to stop.

- Sign in at hellofresh.com from a browser (not just the app).
- Open Account Settings → Plan settings.
- Choose Cancel Plan (you may first be offered to pause/skip weeks).
- Complete the cancellation survey and confirm.
- Verify no upcoming box is still scheduled.
